You agree to notify phlwi immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phlwi will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
phlwi will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from phlwi that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
All financial transactions on the phlwi Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phlwi supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your phlwi account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. phlwi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if your account has not completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours for verified accounts. VIP members may be eligible for same-day processing. phlwi reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from a payment method not belonging to the account holder may be confiscated pending investigation.
phlwi offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phlwi Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.
Any unauthorized use of phlwi's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

In no event shall phlwi's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phlwi account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phlwi collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phlwi Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phlwi Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
phlwi operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Complaints relating to game fairness or regulatory compliance may also be directed to PAGCOR through their official channels.
phlwi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phlwi will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
